Hello Qliks,

I have currently table like here:

DEV_1.png

I want to add inside text object about e.g risk information, something like traffic lights to achieve that result:

DEV_2.png

Traffic lights color depend on Risk column.

If is not possible please give me some proposition, how I can solve it.

Thank you.

Regards

Jacek.

There is no possibility to do this using QlikView.

Hi Jacek,

You could condition the background of the cell with an expression to get something like this:

Can using a separate column and use only the expression with image for that column. Will that work? Something like this?

Jacek,

I don't think there's an option to partially fill the text, for what you need, you could use both conditions (background and text) to achieve what you want with your indicators.Sample.png

Another solution would be to create another column with a char value that has a symbol (see the attached QVF file) and change this color for the traffic light aspect you want.

For possible char values, you can check this post on the community:

Hello Friend,

Unfortunately, I can't add the additional column, because it reduces visibility.

There is no way to achieve this without 2 columns. Why not 2 columns and we can manipulate borders by help of Custom Format Cell

Unfortunately field cannot take text and image at the same time. Just work around would be adding a different column and customformat.
