Trouble with calculation subtotals in pivot

Colleagues, good day!

I've faced with one task about calculation subs in pivot table.

Can you give me an advice, is it possible to put field (by which we calculate totals) to the last position with save grouping?

As a default, i've now this table:

But need to have something like this:

obligatory condition - i must use only Pivot table.

There're source and qvw in the attachment.

If obligatory is Pivot then i don't think so ..

because only Pivot has possibility to set a cross dimensions (in my real app i have cross dimensions)

You can slag the height using

Dual(Repeat(Chr(10),10) & Aggr(Name, Name), Aggr(Name, Name))
