Unable to lease license from yesterday

Hi All,

Till Day before yesterday for more than a year we were able to lease license from our environment. But now it is not working, any idea?

Please check the license Period. Check with the IT Team whether they have changed any settings.

Check few of them from your side.

Check whether you can able to ping the Server machine from your machine. For this open Command prompt and then type PING IPADDRESS of Server. if you can able to ping the server and then ask the IT Team Open the Port Number 4747 and 443.
