How do you display the new field in the dashboard?

Have you checked if htere is a calculation condition in the object where you want to show the new field?

Is it possible that you might have limited the visibility of the new field by using OSUser() function wheen you were developing the new feature?

How do you want to display the new field in your dashboard?

Can you share a sample of your app to play around?

can you see that field in your data model. Press Ctrl+T and see which table has that Field? Add that field in to a sheet an see if you can see any data. Check for end of the script if that field is getting dropped or renamed.
