I know that I have not done this correctly, but i am unsure how to fix it. The data is fine it is the display that is now working ....

this is how I have linked the tables:
so what I find now is that if I make the BP Mazda/AP Mazda/BP Ford /AP Ford as calculated columns coming in from Excel it is different to doing the calculation as an expression in the pivot table.
So ... do not need comment 3 (more to come ...)
It looks like you should try to show the Comment1-3 as expressions instead of dimensions.
The comments depend on the location (not on the date), thats why you get different values per location but not per month and year.
You can try concatenating both the tables into 1.
Also test in a Table box with all the required fields, to study what is making it duplicate.
Yes i have cut down my table - and the pivot table is not working correctly although the straight table does.
