I have created one list box with year field.when i open the application by default it has to select year 2014.for that i did the triggers like this
Settings->document properties-triggers->Document event triggers->on open ->added the action like select in field(in field box given Year and in search string box given =Max(Year).)
when i open the application in my desktop its working fine but in access point its not working and 2014 year is showing before 2012.
but it has to appear like 2012
2013
2014
Please give the reply very urgent .

if not work, then try same on sheet properties of Active sheet.
thanks vishwa its working but 2014 is coming first row of list box .it has to appear 2012,2013,2014 but its appearing like this 2014,2012,2013 in access point .

selected data always show in first row in list box.
if you deselect then it appear 2012 2013 2014 like this.
my first selection is year only.after i deselect also its showing like 2014,2012,2013

go to its properties
sort tab
check numeric value in ascending order

Try State-Asending
Numeric Value: ascending

Goto Sort tab->Uncheck 'State' and check 'Numeric Value' ->Ascending

Only check for State-- Ascending. Save it then open the application
i applied all the conditions above but its working in my Desktop but its not appearing in access point .
