hi,
i have this problem
and i dont know how to solve it-
my user in the AD change a month ago and since then i cant access any document
the problem-
im access to the access point and i see-
this is my old user (it not exist anymore in the AD)
In the QMC-USERS-
its not findind this user (old)
this is my new user-
other application in the web are recognize my new user!
only here in the access point it still my old user
also in the log in im inserting the new username and password and it sending me to the access point
but with my old username!!

someone know what can i do??
i chacked in the AD,
I Chacked in the Browser and deleted all history

Since you already checked the browser, have you tried clearing the windows one in Control Panel > Credential Manager.
what do you mean by clearing?
still not working?
any other ideas?
