What do you want to use the icon for?

You can either 'bundle load' images at which point they then become 'built in' to qlikview, or simply use an image as a background to a text box.

The attached example includes both methods and some handy code to do the bulk loading

Thats strange i downloaded and opened the file, it works for me. What is the error can you screen shot it here?
