can any one create the dashboard by qvw file

If we do the qvw file in license version and opened in personal edition  and created dashboard with out data in personal edition. whether that data will appear in license version.

This community is intended for people who are trying to do work to get some help when they stumble, or help them get started on new topics.

Presenting a data model with no specifics and simply asking for a dashboard to be built is something that I believe those who are consultants in this forum will contact you for but I'm pretty sure they would want to be paid and will have a ton of questions about what you want the dashboard is intended to accomplish.
