Hi
Currently trying to do cumulative count of last years figures on a table similar to below
id | club | month of join | year | count |
1 | red | jan | 2011 | 1 |
2 | red | jan | 2011 | 1 |
3 | red | jan | 2011 | 1 |
4 | red | jan | 2011 | 1 |
5 | red | feb | 2011 | 1 |
6 | red | mar | 2011 | 1 |
7 | red | feb | 2012 | 1 |
8 | red | mar | 2012 | 1 |
to produce something akin to
club | month | year 2012 | cum 2012 | year 2011 | cum 2011 |
red | jan | 0 | 0 | 4 | 4 |
feb | 1 | 1 | 1 | 5 | |
mar | 1 | 2 | 1 | 6 |
3 of the 4 columns i can do
so year 2012 is
=Count({$<year = {$(=only(year))} >}ID)
and year 2011 is
=Count({$<year = {$(=only(year)-1)} >}ID)
cum 2012 is
=rangesum(above(Total sum(newapps.count),0,RowNo(Total)))
I just cant get the last column cum 2011 working right, any ideas ?
many thansk
I found the easiet way to do this was not through set analysis and cumulation combined but to just specify the column I wanted to cumulate
=rangesum(Above(Column(2),0,RowNo()))
