Dear Gurus,
I have a requirement to create a text object/ any custom object to be created in qlikview as follows.

You can also achieve something that might look pleasing enough in this way in QlikView without resorting to extensions:
In standard QlikView Desktop or IE Plug-in like this:
It has been constructed with one text box and two line/arrows...
It is not exactly elegant for reuse so it might or might not suit your needs.
In Web Browser like this:
Create the shapes in another tool, then make images of them and finally use them as background image for text box objects in Qlikview.
Hi,

Hi,
You can use the layered object as well as here. Use first text object and paste the image there and then set layered property bottom or -1 and then in another text object use expression and put its condition top for the layered properties.
Hope this helps

Anand
i think so there is no straight options available in qv right now,u have to create all ur imges simply in word --which ever the format u want and same as image and that image as
Prpoerties of particulat test object---General tab-select radio button Image .
Creating those kind if images in word pretty much easy like below,
From windows word -- Insert tab---Shapes and callouts

Dear All,
Thank you all for your inputs. Unfortunately I cannot use the image . As I want to create these shapes on top of my chart.
If I use this image( I cannot make it transperant) my chart will be covered by image.
I wish we should have this option as built in capability. So that we can draw these shapes and put the dynamic text itmes inside it.

Actually my suggestion is not based on image at all. I only used standard Sheet Objects without images.
