failed to contact the service

Hi everyone

       I has one test qlikview server , but it shows error message after i installed.

    the error message is

     Failed to contact the service.

     localhost:    Disconnected

    the DSC and QVWS service is down. I just want to confirm that, if my license is not in use, i will come across the problem , right?
