I don't think you can do this directly (but always happy to be corrected!), but you could do it indirectly, either in a second visualisation that just shows the relevant rows or using variables that limit what is shown in the pivot depending on values (both approaches involve unpicking the formula/thresholds that have driven the colouring on your pivot).
