Try like

=num((Expression),'#,##0')

try this

expression:

=num((((sum({$<[Year of date]={$(=Max([Year of date]))},RVN_DATA_CHANNEL = >}RVN_AIRTIME) -sum({$<[Year of date]={$(=Max([Year of date]))},RVN_DATA_CHANNEL -= {'Shops'}>}MNT_DATA))

- (sum({$<[Year of date]={$(=Max([Year of date])-1)},RVN_DATA_CHANNEL = >}RVN_AIRTIME) -sum({$<[Year of date]={$(=Max([Year of date])-1)},RVN_DATA_CHANNEL -= {'Shops'}>}MNT_DATA)))

/(sum({$<[Year of date]={$(=Max([Year of date])-1)},RVN_DATA_CHANNEL = >}RVN_AIRTIME) -sum({$<[Year of date]={$(=Max([Year of date])-1)},RVN_DATA_CHANNEL -=

{'Shops'}>}MNT_DATA)))*100,'#,## 0')

& '%'
