how to change settings for gauge chart..

Please help me with gauge chart settings ..i want change settins for above chart.

it should be like divided into three segments 0-90(green),90-100(amber),100-110(red).

Yes I understand that we need to do changes in the segment.

But on the chart it should show numeric values as 0, 55, 110 but I need it as 0, 90, 110 is that possible?
