how to exclude Sat and Sunday's in Date variable?

Hi ,

i created one variable like below

vDate= Date(Today() -1)  this giving Yesterday date

now if i ran the report on Monday this giving Sunday  but here i want Friday basically i want exlcude Sat and Sunday

please help
