how to hide a field in a straight table

Dear Qlikview community memebers,

I have some fields that have to be added in my straight table in order to get correct values, but I want to hide these fields.

How can I do that?

In the Straight-Table->Properties->Presentation tab, select the field from the 'Columns' listbox in the top left corner, and then push the radio button with label "Hide Column", immediately below the listbox.

Note that this feature is not available in Pivot Table properties.
