Hi Baru,
You can use 'Suppress When Value Is Null' on a dimension to suppress rows on a pivot chart.

Hi,
If you are using, QV11 then under expression tab, you have something called conditional check, then give the condition,
Hi Thomas,
Thanks for your reply,
Zero values is in my expressions.when i drag the group dimension in to the vertical my expressions is showing zero values which are not related to that perticular group.
How to hide this not related expression for that group.

Hi Renjithpl,
Thanks for the reply,
I want to hide the column which is having zero values. How can i doit in conditional.
can you give one example for this.

baru
No. You'll see it always if it is in table.
You can set the text color in the expression to white and then rag the column smaller.
Can you scramble the data and attach the example? Easier to help you out if I understand your challenge fully.

Is the column heading you are trying to remove a Dimension (ie. a value from the data) or an Expression (ie. a label you gave it)?
If it is an expression then there is no way to remove that in a Pivot table. There is a show hide radio button for a straight table, but not on a Pivot. If you want the expression to show for some dimensions but not others then you are out of luck. I have in the past created a straight table with many expressions based on Set Analysis in order to emulate a Pivot table - but one I had more control over the columns.
If it is a dimension at the top of the column, making sure you have Suppress Zero Values ticked on the Presentation tab is key. Make sure that all values are actually zero - rather than a very small number that rounds to zero. You could alter your expression to make values that are zero (or very near) null. You will need to use an if statement to either show the result or null based on the value.
Hope that helps,
Steve
In pivot table, it's not possible.
Straight table provides this functionality
