is Qlik Expressor exists now?

Hi,

I am new to Qlikview and have some queries

1. Does any one help me whether Qlikview Expressor exists or not? since not able to find a link to download desktop version in qlikview website and its usage?

Also, tried to download from document -  QlikView Expressor Download where none of the hyperlinks not exists in Qlikview website.

2. Apart from below list of qlikview products is any thing else I would know?

     1. Qlikview

     2. QlikSense

     3. Qlikview Data Market

     4. Qlik Analytics Platform

3. Could any one share prerequisites and steps to configure Qlikview in Microsoft Azure public cloud.

4. How to update .qvd file with out running Qlikview file?

5. what is meaning by workbench? and where we need to use?

So, I can conclude that Expressor is not more with the above links.
