Hi,

It is coming because you are using QV personal edition. If you open the document using a license version QV then you should be able to see it. Also your need message in above is not clear. Hopefully you won't have to reach if you are able to open the document.

In order to open it please save it on your system and then use Open in Server from File Menu to use server you use for your license version of QV. After that it will allow you to access the file.
