as long as I can see it´s not possible using a regular pivot table

A similar solution could be

  • Convert BenchMark into dimension
  • Convert "Target Limit" into dimension
  • Remove EID dimension
  • Use "Ident mode" under Style tab

Try promote to the first place of Function. And then use Partial sum for Function and give the Name for Sub total called =Function then look how it is.

Not quite clear, what you wish to achieve.

The above is a list of your KPI's and you wish to have the categoriy (Dealer commercail service, Dealer monitoring) as field in your table?

Then try something like

LOAD

    *,

    IF(LEN(TRIM(id)), PEEK(Cat), Description)            AS Cat;

LOAD * INLINE [

    id, Function, Description

    , , Dealer

    1, f1, asdfsdj

    2, f2, bla bla

    3, f3, bla bla bal

    , , D Monitoring

    4, f4, Bla 4

    5, f5, Bla 5

];

In a second go you may then eliminate the blank id's.

In built partial sum returns with Data as well. I doubt, Whether it will work as you need. Let's wait for response
