Hi

I am new to qlikview . I need help in writing the scripts and writing expression formulas .

May i know in which language is qlikview script written . Is it VB script? So do i need to learn vb script?

will that be enough

If you have installed Qlikview on your system then the Reference Manual can be seen at:

C:\ProgramFiles\Qlikview\Documentation\QVReferenceManual.pdf

Please go through and you can learn basics of Qlikview

Qlikview script has it's own syntax, specific to QV script. It is not VB Script. You do not need to learn VB Script.

Qlikview can optionally make use of some macros. The macros are written in VBScript and that is where you may find VBScript mentioned on this forum.
