Hi ...
I am trying to achieve the following
%ProductFamilyKey | Prov | Sales | % of Tot |
2 | UK | 500 | 25.00% |
NUK | 1500 | 75.00% | |
Total | 2000 | 100.00% | |
3 | UK | 600 | 46.15% |
NUK | 700 | 53.85% | |
Total | 1300 | 100.00% | |
Total | 3300 |
Sales = sum(sin_Sales)
How do I calculate the % Total based on the sub total for each %ProductFamilyKey
I have tried playing around with the aggr function with no success so far.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Regards
Paul
If "Perc of Total" means "Perc of Province", you can write:
= sum(sin_Sales) / sum(Total <Province> sin_Sales)
Or "give me the sales for each Family/Province in percent on the total for the current Province".
Hope it helps!
Paul - Please can you post the QV document with sample data?

Thanks Chiesa that did the trick...
