Hi,
I am trying to give access to a user through Access Point but when I go into QMC and try to grant her access I get this error. Int he Summary for that QlikView application, it says that the Document CALs available are 30 and that Document CALs assigned to users are 2. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Deepti,
Make sure that in the QMC you have enough Document CALs allocated for that document. First step is always allocate, second, assign from that allocated pool.

Can you put an image to the qmc(console) where say the license available?
do you remove some qvw document that have you license assing?
Please restart the services and try again

Please assign the total number of document cal for perticular document. And once you decide the total number of document cal for your document. then you can easily assign the doc cal , you will not got any error.

Those rules apply to Named User CALs. As it mentions in the screenshot, Document CALs are managed under User Documents in the QMC instead.

There are 30 Document CALs on the server but only 1 is assigned to this particular QVW application. How can I change that? Please refer to the image below.
