ranking in a percentage

Hi, I need help to calculate a ranking on a column.

I need you to show as number one that has the highest percentage, number 2 that has the second best percentage, etc.

The ranking is with respect to the first column.

Can anybody help me please?

is the column with which you try to get the rank with respect to the first column but does not put in all the rows a rank
