Hi All,
i want to restrict the listbox months to 12 months only how to do this? so listbox should show 1year data only below is the format.
Monthfield
201905
201904...
201804
Try this in listbox expression:
=if(aggr(rank([Month]),[Month])<13,[Month])
Replace [Month] with your month dimension.
Now in my data i have below yearmonths but when i apply above code i can see only max month.

yeah its working. but there is one issue i can see.
like i have select in field trigger its taking max(month) so when i open the dashboard that listbox showing only max month .. other 11 months is not showing
and when i deselect the max month then its showing 12months 😞
Sonia, any chance you can attach an example app or the actual app with reduced data, I think that will help on this one, as you apparently have something in particular going on in the background, but without being able to see your data model and the setup of the sheet objects, it is a bit difficult for folks to gather what to tell you to address things. Arthur is definitely on the right track, but I think if you can get the additional info, he can likely give you a final answer to resolve things, and he is a better resource on this one than am I, just FYI, he is a much better developer! 🙂 Someone else may shout too given I am posting which will kick things up in the list again, but if you can do the app etc., I think that will do the trick.
Regards,
Brett
