select the date 2 by the selection of Date 1

Hello,

I would like to display the data of a DATE, a date field "DATE2" ; when I select a date from the "DATE1".

Ex:

When I select FEV. and 2104 from "DATE1", I want to display data of FEV. and 2014 from DATE2 Field.

Is it possible??
