                i have downloaded the tutotrial already. Reference manual downloaded, but i searched index i didn't find release notes.

The release notes are a pdf document which should be available from the download site as separate download (it's not part of the reference manual or tutorial). Maybe you don't see all available links if you are not a registered customer or partner. Are you using the personal edition?
