why join takes much time compare to keep ? what are the benefits of join when compared to keep?

Basic difference is that when we join two tables we get single one table. But if we use Keep with join then join is perform but we get separate table in our model.

When you perform Join(inner,left,right) on two tables you would get one resulting tables and there may be a chance to loose some data, where as in Keep you will get 2 resulting tables, result should be same as join.
