Not able to connect to Qlikview server

@ggphilips  In addition to Ray's troubleshooting steps; please note that both Qlikview Server and Desktop should be running the same version.  Mixed version is know to issues.

Hello ,

1. Make sure the firewall is disabled or that port 4747 is allowed
2. Make the service account used has the appropriate permissions.
3. Try using the IP of the QlikView server.
4. Try using " Alternate Identity"

@ggphilips   The Desktop version you are running 12.10 SR 10 reached end of support on Novemember 14th 2019.  Please consider upgrading to a supported version.   See link below for Qlikview Product cycle.
