Unable to get ticket to access the Qlikview reports

Hi All,

The Dot NET application running from Visual studio able to get the ticket to access the Qlikview  reports, but getting  401 error when deployed on IIS. 

Unable to access access point URL.

Please suggest

If the issue is not solved after, please provide IIS Log default location
(C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1)
