Add "provisioned" member to a Space

Hello,

we have a Qlik Saas tenant well integrated with Azure Active Directory with SCIM.

I can see all the Active Directory users and before their first login in Qlik Saas all the users have the Status=Provisioned.

I can not add these users as member of a Space but I can add them after their first login (after their first login the Status change in "Active").

I would like to add them as members for a Space BEFORE their first login and not AFTER.

Can some one help me with this need?

Thank you,

Pierfrancesco

Hi @PierfrancescoGirolami

It's not possible to add roles to the users individually without them authenticating to the tenant. This is a known behavior. Instead what you can do is add the groups to the space membership so that when the members of the groups log in to the tenant, they can directly access the apps in the space.

I hope this helps.
