DFA Issues on a systemwithout DFA

Hello,

 

One of my systems users has issues logging into Qlik stating he needs to validate login. Our system does not have DFA setup so we are confused why this is happening. Any idea for a fix?

Hi @kbx41 

The multi-factor authentication is enabled on your account and hence the system required your to enter the code on your MFA app. 

FYI: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Introduction/qcs-MFA.htm 

However, you may reset/disable MFA on your own. Please check: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/How-to-Reset-or-Disable-MFA-Multi-Factor-Authentication-for-... 

Note: It requires you to have a recovery code in order to reset/remove MFA. If you do not have a recovery code, then please get in touch with our Customer Support team who can reset it for you.
