Hi everyone
We do have an issue with the Entitlement analyzer app. Since yesterday the analyzer capacity minutes numbers are not correct (see screenshots below).
We've installed the latest version from this site. How can we fix this? Was there a change in the API?

I did that. The answer was " As stated in the article provided support for the entitlement analyzer application is provide directly via the developers, and not Technical Support."
Any other ideas?
