How to restrict TLS version to 1.2 and not use 3DES ciphers in nl-app-search.exe (port 4953)...

Greetings!

We are trying to force nl-app-search.exe (port 4953) to use only TLS 1.2 and not use any 3DES related ciphers. The configurations changes done at the OS level using the recommendations in this Qlik Support article have not been able to provide the expected behavior (see below).   

I have also seen this article about how to disable this executable.  Since the Qlik Insight Bot functionality has not been licensed for this site, perhaps we can just disable the service.  However, will the customer loose any other standard Qlik Sense functionality if we disable this service in the dispatcher?  If it should not be disabled because other standard functionality depends on it, how can we change the TLS configuration for port 4953 used by nl-app-search.exe?
