I can't open editor script

I got an APP from my client which was developed by another developer.

I have uploaded the .qvf on QMC  and I can access the app in the hub whithout problems. But I can't open the script editor.

I tried duplicate the app. Doing that I can access the script editor, but it just shows the "Main" tab with standard configuation of Qlik and not the real app load. 

Does anyone know what is hapenning and how can I get the load information?

I am using Saas.

The reason why you don't see the script could be that the app does not contain any script.

If the app is exported by an user that does not have the rights to the script, then the app can be exported without the reload script in it.

Make sure that the user exporting the app have read and export rights to all App.Objects for the app in question.

I got access to the QMC with an administrator user and I've changed the app owner to my user and it worked.
