I have a Qlik Sense app. I have implement Section Access through a field named customer_id.
These need to be customer specific when they publish a community sheet. If customer A publishes a sheet, customer B should not be able to see it or use it.
Community Sheet was published by user 1
User 1 = customer_id 16
User 2 has access to customer_id 16
User 2 can see user 1's published sheet
User 3 has customer_id 10 but can see user 1's sheet. they should NOT see customer_id 16 sheets
Is there a way to implement this through Security Rules?
Thanks in advance.
This is possible but difficult.
This thread contains instructions on how to set up rules around sheets.
In this case you are going to want to be checking the resource owner, as well as the resource type, and you are going to need to adjust the standard rules around published sheets as well.
