securing connections between iSeries and QLIK Replicate May 2021

Is the connection between the source iSeries and QLIK secure?  How can I verify that it is so?

Thanks.

Yes.  It is DB2 running on IBM iSeries.   The QLIK replicate document mentions that the iSeries communications is encrypted, but I need to prove that it really is.

"One exception to the previous paragraph is for endpoints based on the Qlik Connect product (endpoints on zOS, iSeries, HP NonStop and HP OpenVMS). In this case, the network encryption is implemented by the Qlik Connect product and is based on the AES encryption algorithm with a 256-bit key."

Thanks

For sure Qlik data extract in encryption mode, saving data and loading data is also encrypted.

AES encryption algorithm with a 256-bit key is a fact.
