Ability to customize task latency notification rule off email message contents
Sever > Notifications > Task Events > Latency exceeds notification
Under the latency notification rule you can modify and customize the content and format for the console notification on and off message, email subject on and off message but only the email message for notification on message but not the notification off message.
Trying to integrate alerts into an enterprise monitoring system where we can combine alerts from various systems to point to potentially larger system issues. We’d need the ability to edit the recovery email messages when an alert status has cleared to be able to accomplish this integration.
