Ability to update passwords in QMC with special characters "%", "=", and ";"
As documented under case 00036060 the special characters "%", "=", and ";" can cause connection failures when connecting to Snowflake if the password was update via the QMC or API. To be able to use passwords with these special characters it requires a workaround of using the DLE or by formatting the password string and encoding the value.
