There is no option to use windows authentication like you can with SQL Server. Currently, I am unable to configure windows authentication for my connection to Azure Synapse Analytics. 

When will this become available for Azure Synapse Analytics or is this in the roadmap?

Hi Nanda,   Have you tried to use the Advanced connection string configuration? 

When you leverage the Advanced Connection string, it is possible to append / adjust the ODBC (.NET client) and JDBC connection strings to support authorization features not exposed in the "Standard" UI. 

I'm leaving this to open - collecting feedback for other community feedback on Synapse auth.
