Ability to only display the measure in the tooltip and not as a bar, line or marker in line,bar and combo charts.

Great for displaying additional information when hovering, like gross profit in a chart showing gross margin.

Now, by default a tool tip will appear on clicking on Bar or  Line chart, but it should be when you hovering on it and it should be fully configurable means font styling should be changed based on the data values.
