Add support for Azure Authentication to MS SQL OLE DB connection dialog

Hello,

It would be nice if we could have more authentication options in Qlik Sense connection dialog for MS SQL connection related to Azure. Current drivers like ODBC Connector Package or OLE DB provide just basic options as Windows or SQL authentication which is not enough for connecting to Azure Synapse database. Of course this is possible using ODBC but nobody wants to be managing tenths of ODBC connections on multiple servers. Intention is to provide a developer freedom and not to be dependent to the infrastructure team to create a ODBC.

All these options are available  when installing MS OLE DB driver to a workstation/server with QlikView client/server .

Is there any reason why all options supported by MS OLE DB driver are limited in Qlik Sense OLE DB connection dialog? It looks pretty much modestly for both SQL driver and Microsoft SQL driver within ODBC Connector package?

Additional options for authentication to Azure SQL Database and Azure Synapse are currently in development and will be released in the respective Qlik Sense connectors next year. It is target to be released both in Qlik Sense SaaS and Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows before the summer.
