when we have several tables in a task it would be interesting to stop a table without impacting the other tables of the task.
Like when the table is suspended during a error or when we reloading only one table in the task.
We do allow operators to unsuspend a table. However, suspending an individual table is not planned at this time as all tables in a task share the same timeline.
