Chart Properties - slider control need hover absolute numbers or entry

In the properties panel of many objects there are slider options for setting config options. For example the Scatter Plot has one for Bubble Sizes. Whilst these slider controls are quick and easy to use they prevent exact values being set.

Can we please have either a Max upper or Min lower range value as is offered elsewhere, or alternatively provide a hover prompt on each small circle to show the underlying value being set.

Doing this will provide extra capabilities for professional and consistent looking apps. I guess the hover numbers will be easier to implement than adding new Max/Min field values given no additional space re-work of the properties panel will be needed ?

I like the idea of a hover prompt!
In case Qlik makes sliders circles just a bit larger, the actual values could also be showed inside the circle.

Another possibility could be to have some sort of "Advanced mode" for styling, like the one we have on QlikView: by default 'easy'/standard mode is enabled and you see sliders and so on.
When you enable Advanced mode, you'll see the same options (or even more?) but represented in a more advanced/technical way (i.e. instead of sliders we would have prompts with exact values).
Just like QlikView, Advanced mode would be set for each app

Nice idea - but might be a big R&D investment to make to change properties panels. The nirvana would be full customisation of all property options 😉

I will settle for a simple slider hover number to get started !

I tried to create map point layer bubbles today and it has the same challenges. It is like trying to blow up a whole pack of balloons for a kids party and seeing an array of sizes.....
