Partners and customers would like to be able to automatically deallocated tokens or professional/analyzer licenses from certain users, from example, from the users flagged as inactive, removed externally or belonging to a certain group.
In some environment there are thousands of users and it would be highly appreciated to have an automatic way to deallocated the tokens instead to do it manually on each user on the QMC. For example, creating certain rules on the QMC.
This would be awesome to have. For example, when combined with a user directory connector and user sync tasks, to de-allocate licenses when the value of a user attribute has changed
I.e.
Licenses are allocated via access rule to users with "Professional" = true
User directory connector refreshes every x minutes
User ABC has "Professional" = true, thus is allocated a license
After user sync task, User ABC "Professional" is changed to false
Hi @julikerr sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We are closing this idea as declined as we are not able to deliver that because of security reasons, as technically licenses are assigned to a user. Re-assigning it to another user is not something we can automate.
