Enhance Automation Update Webhook

The current Automation Update Webhook is triggered on the following events

* the workspace is updated

* a schedule is updated

* the owner changes

* the status changes

* likely others???

This is too broad.  I want to store my automation into Git, but I only want to do so when the workspace or the schedule is updated, but there's no way to tell what has changed on the event trigger.  I would recommend either splitting out the trigger into multiple to identify what about the automaiton has changed, or add another property to the event which displays what has changed.
