Exporting a pivot table to Excel, the result is a table "pivot" style, with merged fields as we can see in Sense

But... for many years our Qlik customers working with QlikView could export a pivot into straight format...

Why now it is no more possible? It's a very important feature from my point of view because for years we encouraging users to have that type of export and the users want that.

You have two options…

The first one is to wait Qlik to launch any update resolving this issue

The second one is to try KlikSheet which is the ultimate solution to embed a spreadsheet within Qlik ecosystem.

By using KlikSheet any data from a Qlik object can be exported to a spreadsheet into a straight format. On top of that, you can use these data to create your own analytics on a spreadsheet environment without losing any interaction with Qlik.

Hello Qlik team,

we would be greatful if you could add this feature soon - it would make the user experience much better. Otherwise we have to work with straight tables in order to export data unmerged (or unmerge it in the excel).
