It is a very common requirement:  Let the "active" alternative dimension drive Titles and reference lines. Unfortunately this is a current limitation of these two functions.  

Once the functionality is enabled it will allow to:

• Identify and understand what data is being displayed. 
• Display consistent and correct data: reference lines that match measures
• Expose the dimension in use when the responsive design eats up the axis label and title.
• Simplify the use of snapshots for presentations or exports. No additional edits.
