Now that you have moved to only supporting each version of Qlikview for 2 years, this means that we are having to perform a full upgrade every year. This is because there are only 2 versions supported at any time, and we need several months to test and rollout an upgrade.
This is hugely inconvenient for us as we have to upgrade multiple environments with multiple clustered tiers and takes a lot resource to upgrade and test.
A 2 year support lifecycle for a product that is only released every year is also significantly different to other similar software. Can you reconsider this policy and revert to supporting versions for 3 years as you did before 12.50, or at least offer some form of extended support?
